Hey I actually did this kind of thing a few years ago for my sisters wedding. That was before the advent of pinterest. Anyway, we used homemade pie dough and it worked great! They didn’t stick because pie dough is like 50% crisco
We filled them with a whipping cream/pudding mix and topped them with raspberries. There’s hope for this one yet!
